Beginner Pilates
Mixed Equipment

New to Pilates OR to working on our spring loaded equipment? 

This is your class. We introduce and practice Pilates fundamentals while learning how to safely and effectively work on the Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair. This class maxes out at 3 people, so a reservation is required. If the class is full, there is a waitlist. 

Beginner/Intermediate
Pilates Mixed Equipment 

This is a semi-private class on the spring loaded Pilates apparatus. We rotate between the Wunda chair, Tower, and Reformer building on fundamental exercises. 

This class maxes out at 3 people, so a reservation is required. You must have completed a minimum of three private lessons or have prior attendance in our beginner equipment classes. 

If the class is full, there is a waitlist.
