Pilates Mat

Beginner/Intermediate

Perfect for those of you who are new to Pilates, have not worked out in some time, or want to work on your technique. We cover all of the fundamentals and basic level mat exercises, creating a great foundation of core strength. Beginner/Intermediate Level.

 

Pilates Mat

Intermediate

For those of you looking to step up to the next level. We usually recommend at least ten beginner classes before progressing, but this can be discussed with your instructor. Pilates Mat 2 builds upon the exercises practiced in Mat 1 with additions and more challenging variations.

 

Pilates Mat CoreBall

CoreBall class uses Classical Pilates matwork as the base while adding variations with a Stability Ball and light weights to challenge your core and stability. Intermediate Level.

 

Pilates Mat

Advanced

This advanced mat class goes straight through the classical Pilates mat order, including transitions. No rest for the weary! This class keeps a fast tempo and no stops. Must have pilates experience including, knowledge of names and general order of the mat exercises! Advanced level only.

Pilates/Barre Combo

Get the best of both worlds! We incorporate your classical Pilates mat work fundamentals along with more body sculpting exercises at the Barre. We move to the beat of motivating tunes.

Barre

If you are looking for long, lean muscles, to tone up trouble areas, and to rev your heart rate, you’re in the right class.  You will work strength, cardio, and flexibility all while feeling the burn and shake in one single class.

PiYo

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Intermediate/Advanced Level.

 

Pilates

Mixed Equipment

This is a semi private class on the spring loaded Pilates apparatus. We rotate between chair, tower, and reformer. This class maxes out at 3 people, so a reservation is required. You must have completed a minimum of three private lessons or have prior equipment experience to enroll.
